soothe you. there’s gravitas of gravel toe & popped tyres to slow you.

days end after dinner & begin when birds hit your window.

you drink coloured vodka by candlelight & quash cabin fever

with laughter. where nighttime is your time & cellular eludes you.

you dodge fated rain &

sip placidity with a smirk. you peddle till you don’t & learn

to stop when you want.
